An ice cream so Instagrammable that you won't be able to resist making it! We challenge you to do it.
What ingredients do we need?
- 50 gr. coconut condensed milk
- 75 gr. fruit pulp from a mix of berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
- 150 ml. coconut milk cream
- 30 gr. of our Antioxidants blend
Preparation
🌿 Blend the fresh fruit and place in a small pot over medium heat, cook until liquids evaporate until you obtain a fruit paste. Let it cool.
🌿 Mix the fruit pulp with the condensed milk and our Antioxidants blend. Booking.
🌿 Whisk or beat the milk cream with a balloon whisk until you get a whipped cream.
🌿 Pour the whipped cream into the mixture of fruit pulp and condensed milk (not the other way around!). Integrate in an enveloping way with a rubber spatula.
🌿 Ready! At this point, you can place the mixture in popsicle molds or in a rectangular or square container. Freeze and serve on popsicles or in ice cream balls.
